Established in 2019 by David Gaboury & Eric Matheson, Masterson Paving was created as a specialty paving company to fill a growing niche in the asphalt world: a company solely dedicated to providing homeowners in need of a quality driveway at affordable pricing not offered by large scale commercial corporations.

Having been immersed in the asphalt business for decades, we noticed every asphalt paving company set out with one goal in mind, to be the largest operation holding the most expensive equipment and supporting the largest overhead possible! Residential driveways were only the starting point to becoming a giant corporation who paved roadways, interstates, and walmart parking lots. This left homeowners shelling out huge sums of money to support a company's overhead who won't be servicing driveways 5 years down the road. A worse product at a ridiculous price, treating customers as stepping stones to something better, for the company: this was asphalt paving. Enter Team Masterson.

Residential driveways are our goal! Our mission is to stay small on purpose. Lower operating cost means significantly more savings for our Rhode Island homeowners. We actually care about our driveways because, to us, they're the whole goal - not just a step toward a higher paying company. Attention to detail, materials, product and craftsmanship is our number one focus.
