About Us

The UNITED is a non-profit regional center for arts and arts education showcasing world-class performing, visual, and creative work. Reincarnated from a 1926 vaudeville theatre, our state-of-the-art facility consists of three movie theaters, one large black box balconied auditorium with a 700-person capacity, an art gallery and events space, and the UNITED Music School which serves over 400 students of every age and ability weekly. Our cinemas are equipped with a variety of options for patrons that are hard of hearing, deaf, blind, and/or visually impaired. Please email or call in advance if assistance is required.

With a mission to “unite the community through the arts,” the UNITED draws from an expansive audience of various ages with a shared love of the arts and arts education in its many forms - including film, live music, theatre, opera, comedy, dance, visual arts, lectures, and more.
