PRIMARY PURPOSE: The RTAP Director at Rhode Island College (RIC), under the Feinstein School of Education and Human Development (FSEHD), plays a central role in implementing the Registered Teacher Apprenticeship Program (RTAP), in collaboration with the Institute for Labor Studies and Research (ILSR).
